The program, which was suspended for two years due to the pandemic, again provided the opportunity for young Hungarians in the Northern Hemisphere in 2022 and in the Southern Hemisphere in 2023 to participate in the daily life of a host organization and help the multifaceted process of community building.
The work of the scholarship recipients mainly plays an important role in helping the people living in the diaspora to preserve their identity, which is fulfilled, among other things, in the development of the Hungarian language, in the preservation of traditions and in supporting the living of Hungarian culture, as well as in encouraging contact with Hungary.
